I finally got around to getting the Too Faced Naked Eye palette when Ulta had it on sale for $20. I have a lot of these type of neutral color palettes and this one is not my favorite. I do like Satin Sheets, though.

Hello Kitty Mon Amour Palette swatches

I've been debating about getting the Hello Kitty Mon Amour palette for a while. It's so cute, but I hated the Say Hello palettes that I got when the line first launched. It was finally available at the Sephora in JCP near me and I had a little extra money, so I decided to give it a chance. It's much better than the Say Hello palettes. The two larger balloons are blushes and the rest are eyeshadows.

I got the Smashbox Be Discovered palette on a whim because they didn't have what I was looking for. I'm glad I did because it's a good everyday palette with light, wearable colors.

Charlotte Ronson Nicole palette swatches

I don't have a full sized Sephora around me so when I go somewhere that does I like to try brands that I can't get in the store here. This time I got the Nicole palette from Charlotte Ronson.

Lime Crime Chinadoll Palette swatches

Personally, I like pressed shadows better than loose ones, so I was happy that Lime Crime released their first pressed shadow palette, Chinadoll, a few weeks ago. I just got mine in this week. The shadows feel very nice and have good color payoff. I also like the colors, though if you prefer more neutral and wearable colors this may not be for you.

China Glaze Capitol Collection swatches

China Glaze released The Hunger Games Capitol Collection recently. I finally found it at Sally's Beauty and between two different stores I found them all. I actually hadn't planned to get all 12 colors but, by the time I had picked out the ones I wanted, I already had 8 or 9 so I figured I should go for all of them. I have a Sally's card so I got a discount, too.

Out of all of them, I love Stone Cold. My least favorite is Hook and Line, though I think Mahogany Magic looks terrible in the bottle.
