NYX Love in Florance 02 Eat, Love, Be Fab palette swatches

I got one of NYX's new palettes. I saw it on someone's haul video on Youtube and loved the colors of this palette.

NYX Spring Fling palette swatches

I got this palette on NYX's Haute Look sale a while ago and it finally got here. Honestly, the colors aren't unusual or anything so I would probably get something else. It's $18 regularly and it was $11 on Haute Look and it's not really worth it.

Nyx Color Lip Balm swatches

Nyx color lip balms were level 1 on Ulta's reward program. I had a level 5 this time and I didn't really see anything else that I wanted so I got 5 of the Nyx lip balms. And I noticed that all the names of the lip balms mean thank you in other languages and that was kind of cool.

NYX Crimson Amulet palette swatches

I've been stuck at home today because I've had people working on my house today, so I got a lot of swatching done. I'm starting off with the NYX Crimson Amulet palette. This palette is inspired by the new Dark Shadows movie that comes out next week. While I'm dreading the movie because I love the original series and the new movie doesn't have the right feel, I did like the palette look.

New Stuff

I've been really busy this past month. My bosses came in an fired every employee I had and hired new people. I finally had a full staff this week... for only a week... because one of the girls hired just a month ago quit this week. So, while I have time and it's not raining I got some pics of stuff I bought recently and hopefully I'll get some swatching done soon.

Over the last several weeks I've gone to various drugstores, Target and a few other places and picked up some things.

NYC IndividuaEyes palette.

This palette is from a LE collection called In The Spotlight. This one is for green eyes, and they had ones from brown and blue as well. I don't have green eyes, but I liked this one the best.

Nyx Haute Model palette swatches

I saw this palette from Nyx in a video on Youtube and really liked it. There were 3 others on the display I saw and this was my favorite out of those. Nyx's website has more, though. The best part is that they are only $11 for 10 eyeshadows.

Nyx Slide On eye pencil swatches

Ulta finally had the Nyx Slide On eye pencils. They have a huge variety of colors and seem pretty similar to the Urban Decay 24/7 liners but at half the cost. I got 3 because I wanted to try them.

NYX swatches

I stopped by Ulta on my way home last night and picked up some jumbo eye pencils, a lip pencil and lipstick from NYX. I don't have much from NYX, but I really do like their colors.

 Jumbo Eye Pencil: Purple, Pure Gold, Electric Blue

The colors look really good. The gold is a little shimmery. The only problem I had is that the purple doesn't look purple at all when you look at the pencil. It looked more royal blue. It did go on purple, though.

I'm used to a lot of color on my eyes, but I usually don't have much color on my lips. I wanted a red, though. I wasn't really sure if it was the look for me and didn't want anything too expensive. NYX has some really good red colors and this is what I got.
